Overview
Email marketing is a regular part of MSC's direct marketing suite of services which can be integrated back into the database for added insight into customer behaviors.

MSC has the state of the art equipment and technical expertise to perform email broadcasts through its proprietary system.

MSC has the ability to send emails as html, text only and/or multi-part. MSC can accommodate email testing such as subject lines, creative versioning or timing. MSC can also segment email lists to evaluate performance by different audience groups.

Deliverability
MSC has some of the highest successful email rates in the industry. One MSC email client who was evaluated as part of an independent research study benchmarking email delivery rates had a Total % Received Rate of 99%, well above the 79% average.

A key reason for MSC’s high delivery rates is that MSC is fully CAN-SPAM compliant and provides e-mail broadcast services to opt-in lists only or lists with full owner approval (NO SPAM).

MSC is diligent in managing and honoring all opt-out requests through unsubscribe/email preference pages. MSC also works hard to maintain positive relationships with the major ISPs to prevent and/or resolve delivery issues quickly.

Customer-Specific Barcode Generation
For clients that want to send coupons via email, MSC has a proprietary solution that generates unique, customer-specific barcode images directly into email coupons. The barcodes can be captured during purchase transactions and linked back to a specific individual in the database giving clients an important view into customer behaviors and responses.

Real-Time Reporting
One of the many benefits of email marketing is the ability to precisely track and measure results. MSC offers full online reporting of the broadcast emails. In real time, MSC email clients see how many emails reached their destination or bounce-backed. MSC provides real-time statistics on the number of emails that have been viewed as well as full navigation analysis that shows which links have been clicked and how many times. This information can then be used to strategically drive future e-marketing efforts.

Email Process
MSC can begin its email support at any stage from the creative development phase (MSC has a talented pool of creative resources available) to HTML programming to email set-up in which case HTML programmed files are provided to MSC for production.
